Information wanted

There is no current information to post. 
The mystery PMD three wheeler seems to have a Pontiac Center Cap for the fuel tank cap.

The frame seems to be very thin and the fenders look as they may have come off a child's pedal trike. There seems to also be some design flaws such as the exposed drive chain that could catch pant legs (even if the CVT is covered).

Please note, the information on the PMD trike is speculative and may be incorrect.
